Falling for Shrimp Weekend October 1-3, 2021
An exciting Falling For Shrimp Weekend has been scheduled for October 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, 2021 in Fernandina Beach, Florida. This special event will encompass a reduced footprint compared to the Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival, and is intended to be a fun filled family experience with a focus on art. The event is an opportunity for Arts and Crafts vendors to sell their work in an early Fall environment and in an area with a history of attracting people to this type of affair. The Arts and Crafts portion of the Falling For Shrimp event will be non-juried, and, as such, will eschew prizes. Booth placement will be determined largely on a First Come First Serve basis with consideration for attractiveness of booths and to ensure a varied distribution of art throughout the event space. Please keep in mind that we expect the Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival to be held in 2022, and this event does not replace that festival.
Applications for the show will be accepted starting May 1, 2021 and no applications will be accepted after August 1, 2021.
Applications and Information regarding the Arts and Crafts portion of the festival are handled through ZAPP.
2022 Shrimp Festival April 29, 30 & May 1, 2022
