A native of Pennsylvania, a graduate of the University of Miami, a department store buyer, a High School math teacher and a long time student of 3-D art. The love and study of 3-D art lead to a 27 year career as a professional potter, working with interior decorators, TV set designers and Galleries throughout the world. In 1995, a move to Amelia Island allowed for the desired switch from large breakable art to small unbreakable pieces. The abundance of interesting beach finds lead to jewelry, and home accessories made from these beach finds and recycled metals. The desire to make something beautiful and/or unique from something quite the opposite remained from my years as a potter. Because of the origins of each piece, they are all “one of a kind”.
